The service

HitUp connects racquet-sport players for matches, tracks ratings, and lets clubs run competitions. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password safe.
• One account per person; you must be at least 13 years old.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app.

Community rules

• Enter match scores honestly — your opponent confirms them, and disputed results never move ratings.
• Honour instant challenges you send or accept. Late cancellations and no-shows cost reliability points, as shown in the app.
• Be respectful in chats and challenge posts. No harassment, hate, spam, or unlawful content.
• We may act on reports: content removal, reliability penalties, suspension, or account termination for serious or repeated breaches.

Ratings and reliability

Ratings (HitUp Rating) and reliability points are calculated by the app from activity and are not negotiable individually. They exist to keep games fair and commitments honoured.

Playing safely

Matches are arranged between players and happen in the real world. Meet at public venues, use your judgement, and remember HitUp is not responsible for what happens on or around the court. Play at your own risk.

Clubs and competitions

Club admins are responsible for the accuracy of their club details and competitions. Competition eligibility (rating ranges, age limits) is enforced as shown at entry time.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
